Visit to Rock City Primary School for cultural exchanges
On 26 September, a team of Japanese staff from our Embassy visited Rocky City Primary School in Juba to introduce Japanese culture. The new building of the school is now under construction with the support from the Government of Japan.

After students learned the geographical location of Japan in the world map, national flag, industry in Japan and so on, they tried to craft a crane and a plane out of paper, played kendama (traditional Japanese toy) and learned how to write their names with Japanese letters.

This event ended with students singing a song of praise to Japanese staff for visiting their school.
