Farewell Reception for Ambassador Kiya Masahiko

The Embassy of Japan in South Sudan hosted the farewell reception for outgoing Ambassador Kiya Masahiko in the capital of Juba. We had the pleasure of receiving more than 100 guests from the Government of South Sudan, diplomatic missions and international organizations. After the speech by Ambassador Kiya Masahiko, Dr. Martin Elia Lomuro, Cabinet Affairs Minister, made remarks to the effect that the Government of South Sudan welcomes the bilateral relations between Japan and South Sudan expanding both in width and depth.
