Public Lecture by Ambassador Kiya Masahiko at Juba University

On 13 September Ambassador Kiya Masahiko delivered a public lecture titled “Japan’s Path to Development and Lessons for South Sudan” at the University of Juba with the support from the SUDD Institute. This lecture was his final public lecture before completing his tenure as Ambassador of Japan to South Sudan for 2 years and a half. After expressing his gratitude for South Sudan, Ambassador Kiya highlighted some lessons for the country from the development experience of Japan.
